BB Accomplishments: I finally broke the 185 barrier. I was stuck there for years. I finally got up to 205, not I am slowly losing fat but trying to maintain muscle.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
If I could occupy someones body for a day it would be whoever that guy is who is with Jessica Alba for obvious reasons. But I don't really know of any celebrity.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Going to heavy and doing it wrong. Everyone has see someone benching with their crotch so high in the air its above the rack.

Started out with flat bench today.  Did five sets, did 205 for 4 reps on my heavest set, but I struggled.  Then Did incline dumbell bench for 3 sets then high cable crossover.  Had a decent pump going by now, but not alot of energy.  I then moved on to skull crushers for 5 sets, I don't...
