I want to be stronger for work, be able to play with my son, and seeing how lack of exercise has hurt friends who have many aches and pains. I start basic training in the Army on 2/9/09

Goal (Long):
My stepdaughters and wife need me to be there for them physically to protect them and to set good examples for activity and eating. My wife's ex-husband abused her and the kids and I want them to feel safe and secure with me being here. My wife didn't think I was capable of defending myself the last time she picked the kids up. I want to feel confident walking around with my shirt off next summer and give her a piggyback ride when we go to the beach next summer and I want her to show me off at her 20 yr reunion next June.
