How I Started:
My cousin asked how I felt and when I was going to get back in shape. I took a long look in the mirror and didn't like what I had become. Old, fat, and lazy.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a good work out. I feel so alive and centered when I'm working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard when I'm the only one trying to make a change. My cousin and I try to work out together once a week, and I try to put in at least 3 days a week on my own. My real motivation I gues comes from inside.

Goal (Long):
I want to get back into shape. I would like to lose 60 to 80 lbs. and decrease my overall body fat.I also want to increase my strength in my upper and lower body so that I can more effectively do my job, I want to improve my overall health so that I might see my grandkids grow up.

Thanks... I see you are losing some pounds yourself. I have officially lost 29Lbs pounds as of today and I feel so much better. I'm telling you, when you loose about ten more pounds you are going to have so much more energy. Good luck.
