bro how did u lose the body fat? did u take supps as well as lots of cardio and good diet? what was ur diet by the way? i have tried cutting before but find instead of losing fat i lost muscle and fat. how did u do it??

up 3.5 lbs this week!!!! lol. i guarantee its from the creatine in the form of water. i only incresed my calories about 4-800 over the week. my arms and legs look bigger.what do you think all water or what?

oi cool i figure i will start slow..20 mins 3 times a week. do you use the basic rule of thumb..2.5xbw=carbs 1.0-1.5xbw protein ect?

Yeah, instead of hibernating durning the fall/winter-I plan to bring the heat, so that way next summer I will be in tip top shape! I want to reach my goal by my b-day, 1/28

ok i will have to try that. i am on a 3 day a week program. when should i preform cardio? im going to shoot for 3 times a week keeping the bf down. off day or training day?

i did try that diet. then i had a friend offer me a bet to get on another diet. so i got off of it. i lost weight while on it. i am going on the 5x5 for 6-7 weeks. after that???? any suggestions. how do you lift on a bulk. dude eating is difficult now! i can barley finish my meals. i have to force it down. so much food compaired to cutting. do you relate?
