Ray-Boogie Hey whats up bro, my apologies for the extra late reply! My chest was the first muscle group to grow when I first started training. I highly suggest at least 1 set (dumbell or bench press) that you are working between the 4-6 rep range..this places alot of stress on the pecs and creates a very dense muscular look. But consistency is key to growth with any muscle group...keeep training hard and results will follow! Feb 18, 2013 3:25pm

Fables87 I'm doing good actually. Changing my routine tomorrow and starting yoga on the 5th day of my routine. So it's 4 days of lifts and 1 day of yoga. Before I was doing my own routine I created and I just kept changing it to the point it got too crazy for me. Feb 10, 2013 9:21am
