Through the last 2yrs I have been through a lot... Lost my brother in a tragic accident and ended my marriage. In that time i was diagnosed with Depression and put on meds. Those meds led to a 50lb weight gain. I have decided that now that i have gotten my mind healthy... it is time to get my body healthy again. With the support of my new... amazing husband.. i am going to head down the road to growth and new found love for life and my body!!! Watch out world.. here i come!!

Hey all,

It has been a really long time since I have written anything.  I had a huge family tragedy in February.  My brother was killed in a car accident on February 28.  That was the worst day of my life.  Needless to say I have not been the same since.  I took a bit off from the gym...

Not too bad, we just moved so busy with that, haven't worked out in a week and I feel horrible. The move has really wore me out and it's very time consuming. I am going to try to workout tomorrow night, if I can get some sleep tonight. Good to hear from you again :)
