How I Started:
I was a runner for years and was always really skinny. I got to my all-time lowest after my marathon in Sept. 07 of 150lbs. Since then my goal has been to put on healthy weight. I am just now starting to get more into things and eat a lot healthier and watch my weight more closely.
Why I Love It:
I love being healthy and feeling great :).
How I Stay Motivated:
Websites like this and also magazines and such. I have always been a person who always wants to push myself no matter what goal I have infront of me. I am very dedicated and enjoy the rush of a big lift.
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
