How I Started:
I got out of the Navy in August of 2006, after six long years. I got out in worse shape than when I went in. I'm 25, married with a 5 year old andone on the way. As soon as I have my baby, I want to actually look like I'm in my 20s, instead of being frumpy looking.
Why I Love It:
I like feeling empowered after a great workout! I also like how my body changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at Making_A_Change and Oceanblue profiles keep me motivated. Those are two great looking mamas :)
BB Accomplishments:
4/07 Reached the 160s 11/07 Found out I was expecting :) 8/4/08 Had my beautiful baby boy 8/20/08 Started back on the road to my goal 8/31/08 Under 200 lbs

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The kind that doesn't clean up after themselves. I don't have the time to first clean up after them and then continue my workout

Today I got my baseline for the run. I went to the track this morning and jogged/walked  1.5 miles. I actually ran a half mile so I could multiply it and see my approximated finish time. I ran/walk .5 miles in 6 minutes and 30 seconds. So multiply that by 17 ( since its an 8.15 course and...

Arms/shoulders.Hey can you Critique my body, base on my pics and info and if you will give me some advice and or motivaton that can help me get in tip top shape? oh yeah laid off the MSG,Artificial Flavors,Sunflower Oil And Canola Oil,aspartame,soy,and Sucralose and eat more organic you wont get sick it works for me!
