How I Started:
I am about 40 pounds above what I would ideally like to have been.I had lost weight in the past but gained it back in 2 years.So I knew working out was what worked for me.I just got out of the lazy sluggish phase I was in.
Why I Love It:
I think it makes you so much more aware of who you are and helps you overcome many bottlenecks in life. You can see the results of your hard work, and you love yourself.I think when you dont approve of yourself physically you tend to ignore yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I surf through the net look at people like Rob Cooper from former fat guy, Lynn Berrings blog really inspired me and other success stories. I also imagine of the self I have in my mind of me.I have lately realized that I am my biggest enemy if I cannot gift myself what I can achieve through some choices I make.

I am about 150 pounds on the 28th July 2008.I am aim to be 110 pounds by December 15,2008.
Goal (Long):
I would like to lose the fat and be able to wear anything I like.I want to have toned legs and arms but not too muscular.I want a flat stomach and a strong back and butt. I have a family history of diabetes,high blood pressure, hypothyroidism and eczema.I want to live a very healthy life and enjoy it. I always had the tendency to be a little plump but lately I put on 20 pounds in 2 months.

Back to the groove.

Well graduating from Law School in a couple of days.Still jobless but very very happy.I feel the recession is a buffer zone to gradually move from college life to work life.I am looking forward to two months at home.

Well I have learnt somethings in the past...
