monkeyman6252 If your workout is good thats fine but Triceps and Shoulders are all used when benching so if you did those on the same day it would be practical. Also when you do pullups(or almost any other back excercise) you are working your biceps as well so I like to incorperate that together(Biceps and Back) May 16, 2012 11:43pm

SAILOR344 Hi there. I was wondering if you could possibly let me know where to get a workout plan. I have been lifting weights for about 3 months now and have made some gains but i am doing the same exercises and am not sure when and what supersets to do. Ronin1am Thought I would let ya know that the 1st week is down out of the MediFast program and 10-lbs has gone away. The program is working well and I enjoy the specific amounts that you have to take about every 3-hours. Caffine loss sucks, but for the long haul I am loving the results thus far. mbj3040 Wassup young solider. I ETS from Ft. Bragg in 94. I got myself in enough shape to run a marathon last month now I have hitting the weights again after 15 years. So stay in shape close its hard as hell getting it back after you lose it. I checked out the pics. Whats your workout routine? Also you guys keep up the good work keep your heads down and stay safe.
