Yeah, man- I had to accept the fact that it's gonna take me another year and a half before I step on any stage. Gotta get the wheels competition ready and I want to be able to step on stage at 220 ripped. Right now I'm just trying to put on some good size and in the Spring do some powerlifting training for a couple of months to pack on some density and thickness.

What are you aiming for? Looks like you climbed up to 254 pretty quick. Are you trying to compete in the 225-230 range?

The back is feeling better, bruh- started training again last Sunday. Was down for 3 weeks and lost about 12 pounds-got a n@#*ga feeling skinny as hell. Been trying to beast it in moderation, trying to get my swole back-lol! How's the bulking up going for ya?

Yeah, bruh- you definitely don't want to rush into competition until you feel like you're ready. Training was going great until two days ago. Injured my lower back while doing deadlifts, so I'm gonna be out of the gym for a couple of weeks. Which is already making me grumpy and crazy and my lady will probably be homicidal before the week is out (lol.)
