I've been a fan of the sport since childhood and played around with iron in my teen years. In 1995 something just clicked and I've been a serious gym ratt ever since.
Why I Love It:
The ongoing quest to move an unmovable force(...okay, so I know that sounds a bit cliche'-but in all honesty I love lifting heavy weight!)
How I Stay Motivated:
My addiction to the post-workout endorphin rush...and women who ask to feel my arms :-)
BB Accomplishments:
I've avoided the juice (not that I have an issue with people who do the juice...go ahead "Juice away")

I feel your pain on that 100 percent! I hurt my lower back about a year or a lil more back and never been the same on deadlifts and really haven't gone all out on them since. I use to do 5 sets of 5 starting at 300 lbs and jumping up 25 lbs a set but now I work out with 315 ang get nervous about passing it lol hope you recover soon though
Training is going pretty good right now man. I was taking it kinda easy because my partner got injured but I've got a new one so I'm back on track and feeling stronger than ever. I might postpone the competition though because even though my squat and bench maxes are going up I've got a long way to go with the deadlifts...LONG WAY lol how's your training?
The post show training is going fine. I am getting stronger week by week. I did 405 for 6 reps on my back and I'm still feeling the madness, I'm sure when my body finish sorting out the mass, I should see new growth. Also eatting like a mad man.. I"m loving it, like McDonalds Slogan
