I was raised in Florida (Duval County.)Everybody in my hood had rusted weights and benches in the garage. All we did was drive iron, have push up contests and played street football. It was how we stayed out of trouble.

My addiction to the post-workout endorphin rush...and women who ask to feel my arms :-)

I feel ya on that, it seems like alot of the pro's have done what you are talking about.. Which pretty much puts on that type of mass that ain't leaving once you strip the fat down..
Yea that sounds right, about 225 to 230. I would be extremely happy with that.. Thats why hopefully next time around, stuff should be different, I'm gonna try different water drop stuff this off season, while I"m getting ready for the comp or maybe during the cut I will try.... That was one of my biggest problems.

Lol I feel you on that man! I'm actually trying to cut down temporarily and get my bodyfat down before I start bulking again. I'm not doing to bad at 15.6% but I want some abs so I'm working to go back down to 225 cause that was the heaviest I was with them looking shredded. I'll be back up to 250 by the middle of next year with the abs in tact lol
Thank you Tattzulu! I am feeling amazing now. Keeping my weight healthy and staying as fit as my dr will allow. My goal is to finish what I started May 2010. Yep take the stage 2 months after I deliver.
It's going pretty well man, just manipulating the protein, carbs, and fats and the outcome has been good. I'm just trying to grow into that bigger and better Beast and be bigger on stage
