I wanted a personal training position at Western Illinois University Campus Rec. I began training Really hard to get the Beer and Pizza off.
Why I Love It:
I love the ability to control my body and make it do things, like get bigger and then cut down. It is a great feeling to know you have control of something.
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch Pumping Iron all the time. I also, read books and articles on bodybuilding.com.
Squat 275x10 275x10 275x10 SS w/ glute ham raises x10 x10 x10. BB split squat 135x10ea 135x10 ea SS w/ DB RDL 85x10 85x10. Leg extention 190x10 rest pause x4 SS w/ leg cruls 175x11 rest pause x3. Cardio incline walk 20 minutes, and precore 30 minutes 80% HR. I am going to have to bust my ass...
