Ive always loved workin out and have always been in great shape...But about 4 years ago i was in a really bad motocross accident and was in the hospital for almost 9 months..I went in fairly good shape and 165 lbs. But came out 104 lbs. With no muscle mass at all..I knew i had a long journey ahead of me...But nothing would stop me from gettin back in shape...Now im in the best shape of my life...And slowly but surely im gettin bigger...
Why I Love It:
Clears my head...turn on my ipod and zone out...Helps me stay fit for my fights...
How I Stay Motivated:
Self Intestinal fortitude...Plus im currently goin to school to be a certified personal trainer...
Paying my respects to my fellow brothers in arms who have served and are serving at this time of war...Hope u all have a wonderful week...and continue to be strong for our country...

I am, for sure, trained legs last night got up to 350# for 12 reps each on the hack squat and the leg press. Rode my horse on Tday. Did you see my pics in the gallery of me and my horse?
