Warm-up:
10 min. Interval Training on Treadmill
2x10 45lb thrusters
2x10 front squats (135/185)
Lift:
4x5 Back Squats (225/255/285/315)
Finish off with 90 second jump rope followed by line drills on the basketball court (repeat 4x)
Cool Down:
Lunges 2xBball court
Stretch!
