this was before i ever did ANY squats or ANY lower body exercises.
i have been doing squats for 2.5 months when this picture was taken, my squat has gone from 220 to 335.

Hi There Can You Help Me With a problem i am experiencing in Bodybuilding.? Okay its that im been trying for 4 months to get my arm bigger and hit the 13 inch mark for my arm but it is impossible.
