i want to loose 35 kgs and possibley increase my lean muscle mass
Goal (Long):
i have always been slighty to adversly overweight and at the moment i believe that i am boardering on been adversly overweight. i want to loose 35 kgs although most of it is fat i will also be loosing a fair amount of muscle as well. the main reason for me wanting to loose the weight is to return to the type of shape that once deemed me an elite athlete. to start with i am going to have to drastically change my eating habits and not to just curb bad carbs but to increase the amount of very good quality protien i ingest daily. my training program will have to change from one that has reps of 10 to one that has reps of between 15 and 12. my cardio and core will also have to be incorperated into my gym routine and yet at the same time increased the amount of cardio i do outside the gym. if i can get focused for at least six months from now i believe i will surpass my goal.
in week seven i definately fell off the wagon but have luckily got back on with some force. will see how the week goes, my goals are to complete my workouts and all the days and do cardio at least 5 days a week
