Thnx for the comment. I don't really do anything crazy for my legs, I have 3 leg workout that I just switch around. Hack squat day, leg press day, and superset day.

Thank you. I try to work hard at the gym, even though lately I've been busy with school, so some of my gains got affected. I am stuck at 190 since January.

Hey. I watched your videos. They are great, I learned some cool new techniquies, but have troubles doing some of them, because I have bad coordination. I tried to eat a can of cat food just for fun to see if I can. I couldn't, one bite was enough for me lol. Good luck in your training

Thnx for the comment. I usually do heavy squats, leg press and hack squats. That's about all. I just do one per workout. Workout 1 Squats only, Workout 2 Leg press only, Workout 3 Hack Squat only. Then I rotate them.

Thanks. It took me a while to get a good mass on my legs. Right now I am trying to get shreded, trying to get a nice 6 pack like yours.

Cool. Is ChiKara your only supplement at this time? I looked at ingridents list, very solid ingridients. I see you played it a little bit safe with ingridients, but I would too. Don't really want to give heart attacks to poeple or get law suits lol.

yeah I saw videos of your gym on your profile. It's looks cool. My major is Occupational therapy, and I am planing to work in sports rehab so I could help athletes to return to normal functioning after an injury. Once I have a solid career I can rely on, I'll risk it and try to start my own gym. I also have several friends who are into biochemistry, chemistry and business. So we are thinking about maybe starting a supplement line after we all get some expirience.
