I started watching WWE more and got inspired to get bigger. It took me sometime to learn everything. For a while in a begining I was doing everything wrong, but then I started to learn more about proper techniques. I red a bunch of bodybuilding books that helped me to gain some knowledge on how to train properly. Then through trial and error and practice I learned new ways of doing exercises.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get from lifting. I love the pump. I love how lifting just gives me this energy, and keeps my energiezed all day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of the goal I want to achive, and then think about what do I need to do to achive those goals, and then I get to action. I watch videos of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman.
Thanks, man. I've always been horribly uncoodinated....so just practice. And props on the catfood. I wish I could have mixed hotsauce with it but wasn't allowed because of the bet I lost. LOL!
Thanks brotha! Now if I can get my wheels to look like yours..I'd be happy!!

Tastan, I'm the editor of Exposed, an alternative monthly magazine in Rochester. We're doing an article on bodybuilding and are seeking people to be interviewed. Do you have any interest in being included? If so, you can email me at renee@rochesterexposed.com or call 285-7641.
Thanks,
Renee
