Hi Tony. . .HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! I hope you are enjoying the day and I hope you eat lots of turkey, it's good for you. I got a workout in this morning and going to have dinner with all the family this afternoon. I will take today off but get back to my grind on tomorrow, lol. GOBBLE GOBBLE!!
Thank you so much! My daughter has been my main drive towards recovery and it feels awesome to know that I can be a good role model for her. She likes to workout with me sometimes for fun and I think it's cool that she can see workout as something fun. She has a positive association with exercise, something a lot of people don't have.
They are! My husband was really scared for me when I was so sick. And my daughter was really little then so she'll grow up only remembering that her mommy is strong and healthy. My parents and siblings never thought I'd get better and stay better and it feels good to have been able to overcome the eating disorder.
That's great that you love it! That's how I am with all my workouts. I push myself 110% and it's always tough, but I love it. I love the feeling of accomplishment it brings me.
Today is just a cardio day and I walked 6 miles. I do 3 days of strength, take a day off, do 3 more days or strength, take a day off, etc. Tomorrow is chest/arms/abs. What does your routine look like today?
