Thank you for the comment - really pushing myself. The pic was taken when I was prepping to do the Hydroxycut Challenge but of course since their recall, that was yanked. I'm in martial arts - and I need to lose this fat so I can move faster and be wicked!

Thanks for the advice about the body 4 life program! I was headed in the right direction with the weights but I wasn't doing it correctly with increasing the amt of weights each set!I read the book again to make sure that I was doing it right. I also got to clean up my diet Fiber one bars are not part of the program.LOL.I'm thinking I should start over? After one wk of following the program correctly my biceps feel hard already! Thanks again!

LA is cool, but so expensive and overcrowded. In my opinion LA is overrated...but a lot of people like it.

Thanks for your comment! I see that your doing well on the Body For Life Challenge.I'm on week 5. I had to incorporate the Body for Life Women diet suggestions which allowed granola bars..which I was eat for snacks most of the time anyways.. all the protein seemed to be a bit much for me.But it's coming along I'm definitely feeling the strength training in my quads hamstrings!I'll be glad when I can flex a bicep!lol

It was good, I did it in 4:30. I think that is going to be my last marathon for a while though. Good luck with the NY one.

Thanks for the comment -- I just saw it because I haven't checked in here for a while. I probably won't be running a marathon until December and will concentrate on the shorter stuff until then. Hope the Body for Life program is going well.

glad I could help....I would stay away from the back squats, but squats with dumbbells are better...you can also try the squat to bench...works reall well!

Hey, yeah it's through my local gym..whole bunch of people doing it! It's pretty fun! You do personal training - measured every 4 weeks to stay accountable and just general support! Six weeks to go - need to go hard! Agggh!
