Keillie123 I am on day 6 of week 1, and loving the program so far. I have not been hungry at all, in fact, i have to remind myself that it is time to eat again. I have been working out hard, love the weight training (hate the cardio!). I am sore for days after lifting. So far I am loving the program. Jul 23, 2012 9:17am
