I have always been an athlete but after back to back pregnancies, I was so unhealthy, overweight and I didn't have the energy to take care of my babies. I felt awful. I decided I needed to make a BIG BIG change in my lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong! I have never felt as great as I do now!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My Family is my biggest motivation of all...
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 25lbs in 2 months. Being the healthiest I have ever been.
Awesome! I wouldn't get as wrapped up around the type of carbs (so long as their complex) but the *TIMING* of your consumption to ignite maximum metabolic efficiency: Carb load *IMMEDIATELY* after fasting (sleeping 6-8 hours) and taper that off within 6 hours to ZERO carb consumption but ramp up Protien intake ... train your GI tract to burn, burn, burn!
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. Keep up the great work.
