I played football and thats how I got into it and my pops is a rather larg fellow andI always wanted to be bigger than him.
Why I Love It:
i just love being big and strong

i look at myself in the mirror and remember when I was skinny and dont wanna go back to that.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat lots of protein besides that I dont realy pay attention. I usually get 5-6 meals a day with 40-60 grams of protein per each meal
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
