i am blessed i think.. i gained an inch using Advocares muscle gain and Catalyst the before workouts and bed.

Thanks! I like my body and i like bring strong... kinda hard to sacrifice the strength to being super lean so i am taking it slow!

Very good! I got first place in both lifts i hold the state record for my weight and age and, I am injury free!!!

I would say you might be over training them and not giving them the oppurtunity to grow... remember they are growing when were resting not working out.. so i would to maybe 3 diff exercises for them 3 times a week add weight and other than that leave them alone... look at your diet and make sure your eating enough!

Are your abs not cut at 5% ? Better add some weight to workout! Yeah she is amazing... she is into fitness as well!

aw thanks! (just read your goal and put down my ben and jerrys ice cream, its okay though i finished it!) =) I have a big lifting day tomorrow so extra calories are okay right! Nutrition can be tough keep working on it! Make sure you get in the bulk f you calories before dinner!
