When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
I got a Metaphorical Slap right across my face, and its been On and Cracking since that day and i haven't looked back! I was 210 lbs of pure self loath, And i decided to change my life for good, I never have liked the "look" of skinny girls, but i admire Muscular women soooo much, I aspire to them and i appreciate the dedication it takes to be a bodybuilder/ Fitness competitor!
Why I Love It:
I feel stronger and more beautiful every day sense i started this journey, I feel so good about my body and i love to show it off. I have inspired a few people along the way and that means more to me then i could ever begin to explain.
How I Stay Motivated:
i step on the scale every morning, I look in the mirror every day, I like what i see and i get excited to see changes.. I LOVE being sore as silly as that sounds... it lets me know i worked hard and am doing good for my body!
I don't know how long I will live but If i live to be 100 I want to make sure this body can handle it! I don't want to be crippled from living an unhealthy lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 80 lbs so far, gone from a size 18 to a 5/6 (depending on the cut) I havnt been this small since i was in Junior HIgh... It feels amazing!

Goal (Long):
I am 5'4" i don't want to set any weight goal for myself per say, i just want to go based on how i look in the mirror, and feel about myself, I Personally think i could lose about 20 lbs or so which would put me at 120.. but we will see how it goes! I love being buff! It makes me feel more like a woman then i have ever felt! I just wish Losing fat didn't mean losing boobs! lol I want to see how close and can get to competing form and see if it's something i am interested in doing!!!

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
tank top and some sort of capris, i don't like shorts so much because i don't like to be inhibited by the worry that someone will catch a peak of my personal stuff ;)
I am a fitness trainer here in washington... i love it sooooo much! I am so excited to help people and be around like minded people all day! Also am learning sooooo much from the amazing staff at the gym!! Found a love and a vast curiosity for the olympic lifting i learned the right...
Dang that is awesome! Well heck you deserve you are badass from front and back. You gotta inspire other women to get ripped backs. They look so sexy. Hah. Have a great weekend and happy early 4th! Don't blow your fingers off. I will be.
You have a gorgeous body. You have done well since your start. People like you motivate me to continue on the venture. I just hope I am half as successful as you are. Stay motivated!
you know whats funny..I say your profile a while bac and wanted to write but when i tried to find you, youre name was unknown but i found you finally but anyway ...my jaw dropped but luckily for me im not operating a motorized vehicle. So a body of steel huh? Kinda like the modern day Super WoMan, thats cool and the fact that your biceps are probably a lil bigger than mine is pretty cool too
Hi Tarna, how is the training coming along? Love this eagle claw version of the rear bicep pose, adds a little bit of both grace and extra intensity to it!
