wat up bro?! sorry it took so long to get back to you man hows training goin? i'm doin alright, just been working my butt off and goin to school...my training has been suffering from my busy schedule but i manage to get atleast a couple good workouts in a week

very nice! haha well if you do squats, trying going all the way down so that your thighs are parallel to the floor. there are cable machines that target glutes too, you just have to look for them in your gym.

just on my workout days so only 4 days a week. I just try to wake up a little earlier and i run to warm up and get my blood flowing before i lift.

i usually try to do the circuit workouts and cardio on top of that...would it be better to just forget the cardio?
