I had to do it for football but i didnt get serious about working out until i saw everyone start to get bigger than me. Then it was something that took up a lot of my time in a good way and kept me out of trouble.
Why I Love It:
God gave me the passion i have for lifting..it was a tool He used to lift me out of my sin days and it's stuck with me ever since. I want to start a weightlifting ministry some day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I jus love to go to the gym as much as i can. Its wat i look forward to every day.

Chillin man, training is finally starting to come alive again man. Was a bit unmotivated for a few weeks...but today had a good cardio session back in man! How are you doing?
Hey, sorry late reply...I have gained 4lbs but my legs look really nice, tight and toned...They are started to look more powerful and fuller. My abs are really getting to be tight, too. Any other suggsetions? For my glutes?
Thanks for the Pick much appreciated! Yeah I say don't do the cardio do the circuit workout and most important of all be discplined with your rest time between sets and excercises see how your body react after 12 weeks.
Thanks Chris ! hey for what you are trying to do I wouldn't run 3 miles everyday...I would lean more towards circuit workouts since that tends to produce more GH which in turns helps with maintaing mass and burning fat.
