How I Started:
I had always loved running and aerobics, and weight training evolved from that
Why I Love It:
Fitness is one thing i truly believe in, it keeps you young, healthy, and loving life no matter who you are. It brings people together and solves more problems then people realize.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to switch it up alot, try new things, read the latest trends. I try to renew my goals often as well.
BB Accomplishments:
None really. I have managed to lose up to 15 lbs. and gain some muscle, but no competions at this point. It is something i am interested in though.
I would like to lose 13 lbs. by thanksgiving and blow the family away!
Goal (Long):
I would like to lose 3-5 inches around my waist and 1-2 inches around my thighs and 3-5 inches around my hips. I would like to stay at around 130 lbs. all the time and increase my muscle to fat- i need to get an accurate body fat reading 1st.

I am in my 2nd week of really trying to lose fat and gain muscle. I haven't missed a workout and my diet is going well. This weekend I only had 2 rum and diet cokes (big improvment from the usual) and that should make the biggest difference for me in the long run I think. I feel good, full...
6 Day Split
Day 1 and 5 (week 1 and 3) Day 3 (week 2 and 4): Upper Body
Chest; Incline DB Bench press 12, 10, 8, 8, 6, 12 then immidiate 12 of Flat bench DB flies to failure
Shoulders; Seated BB press 12, 10, 8, 8, 6, 12 then immidiate DB side raise 12 to failure
Hey you say you have problem cheating on your diet. This is a great tip I figured out myself - NEVER go in the kitchen when you're tired unless its for a previously planed meal on your diet at least until you get your "crazy" focus goin! Also another thing I try to remember when I feel like cheatin is that the human mind can justify murder. Another way to look at it - you wouldn't cheat on your BF so why should you cheat on your diet... NEways hope you find one of those helpful.. bye
