Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?

What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
I aim for 80 to 100% at intervals, but intense workouts burn calorie fastest. I'd rather work out HARD for an hour, than to walk on a boring treadmill for 2 hours!

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Stairmaster, spin and running because they are the top calorie burners!! I like the elliptical and rowing as well.

Everytime I look in the mirror, I know it's me but I cant believe it. What I also can't believe, is WHY I didn't do this sooner. Losing weight, has made EVERYTHING in life BETTER!!!

I can't seem to budge the scale, but if I lift to my max, hydrate, eat really well, add cardio, & stick to the schedule then the 'look' of my body changes. Measurements change slightly, but darn that scale. : ) For me I have to work really hard & not allow too much room for slack. Not easy... I won't lie. Good luck!!
