i wasn't in bad shape...diet was decent..but lacked the definition i was wanting

i am definately more defined now...still wanting to tighten up alot...overall, i'm very happy..but i wanna start doing all natural shows so i am deciding now whether or not to stay at my current weight and just cut to light heavy...or get bigger and compete at heavyweight..right now, i'm leaning towards light heavy
