I've been having some dificulties on the legs part.... I had tendinitis cos I ran too much(my legs were pretty good at that time) then I stopped for 3 months... Then now came back. I love working out legs but I'm not a wrestler like you lol. Why do wrestlers always look fine, big and cut? It's about the exercises you guys do? The training? O___O
Oh! you talking about that **** on my profile? One rep max???? Oh man I don't know how to set that up. I put like 10 reps for chest with 100kg... and then the thing goes crazy and goes from 10 rep to 1 rep max and multiples my stuff a lot and leaves that crazy thing there. Do you know how to set that up?
ha ha I don't know if I wanna have bigger pecs lol But it's all about weight, right? It's all about going up. How's training in the summer? Chillin more than training?
Came across your site and noticed that you've made some serious gains over the past few months - gaining pounds, size and all while losing bodyfat. I don't doubt you'll get to be as big as Arnold the rate you are going. Keep up the great work and best of luck to you as you reach for your goals!
Yeah I'm just starting this week lol. Gonna be tough without a lot of equipment. I have a benchpress, a pair of dumbells, and a pull up bar that attaches to my door.
