I woke up one day tired and fat and out of shape. So I joined a gym close to my house. From then on I just got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I am a morning person. Working out in the morning actually makes my day go faster and more productive. The better the workout, the better the eating habits.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have to set short term goals! right now the goal is to look good for a possible show in June
I want to add muscle and lose body fat. I want to be able to compete in March 2010 at 165 lbs. I would like to end up weighing about 175-180 at about 10% body fat. I am still looking for my inner sixpack!...Now I have a personal trainer helping me look for it, too!!!
It is no wonder that the average American is overweight. It is cheaper and easier to eat "bad food." If you want to eat clean, you have to take out a second mortgage on the house. If the food is good for you, it is expensive. It seems we (as a nation) should be able to make...
WOW Tracy, I am just smiling Your transformation is unbelievable! You look just absolutely terrific. Your hard work and effort has definitely paid off!
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great example to so many others.
