Background
My mom was lifting weights when I was in high school and bought equipment for the house. I started lifting all the way back then but it wasn't until this year that I really learned what to do and how to do it. I'm on my first bulk nw and am finally gaining the muscle I've been trying to get since the mid 90's.
I have a growing passion not only for working out but eating right too. I'm thinking of going back to school for exercise science in the next year or so after I become a certified personal trainer.
