How I Started:
My mom was lifting weights when I was in high school and bought equipment for the house. I started lifting all the way back then but it wasn't until this year that I really learned what to do and how to do it. I'm on my first bulk nw and am finally gaining the muscle I've been trying to get since the mid 90's.
Why I Love It:
I have a growing passion not only for working out but eating right too. I'm thinking of going back to school for exercise science in the next year or so after I become a certified personal trainer.
How I Stay Motivated:
So far, the scale motivates me. Seeing it go higher than it has ever in the past is pure motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm still beginning, but my main accomplishment so far is just picking a plan and (FINALLY) a good diet and sticking to it.
