How I Started:
It all started during my childhood when I first saw my favourite actor Salman Khan exposing his muscles in a song of his film. From then on I always had in mind that I will do bodybuilding. I started doing free hand exercises when I was 17. Since then there have been times when I stopped doing exercises and started again, i.e. I was not regular.
However, as I said before I always had in mind that I will do bodybuilding and thus for my so much interest in bodybuilding, my father made a gym room for me and my elder brother in our house. My elder brother also acted as a motivation for me when I saw him doing weight liftings.
After I completed my Bachelor of Business degree from Australia, I came back to my home country Bangladesh and started weight lifting in my own home gym.
This is all I had that showed me the way to bodybuilding.
I have one thing in mind and that is I will keep on Fuelling My Body To Burn My Gym till death !!!

Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it gives me extra confidence to live my life in my way. It makes me feel I am the King of the Kings. It gives me a feeling that whoever is around me isn't stronger than me. However, that doesn't mean that I don't give a damn to stronger people than me :) .
How I Stay Motivated:
My main motivation that pushes me towards bodybuiding is watching sports that are related to bodybuiding, for example: WWE.

Why I like this video: Arnold's arms rocks. Look at the arms in this video....they got pumped everytime Arnold curled them....Every-time i see this video, I get motivated to do more exercises to gain muscles....

Why I like this video: The best bodybuilder ever....I like this video coz it helps me to be more motivated in the weightlifting and helps me to understand that I got to go far ahead to be a bodybuilder like Arnold. I know I can never be like him lolz...but atleast would like to gain loads of muscles....
Hello all,
Just to let u all know that as per our religion - Islam, we all the Muslims, from today, will be fasting for a month from dawn to dusk. No foods, no water and nothing else in between. So I wont be weightlifting this month. I know I may lose muscles but at the same time I hope I will...
I will stick to this workout for many coming years as it is my intermediate workout and the best developed workout by myself with many readings and experiments.

Hi Tan! I've been very sick for about 10 days, just got antibiotics 4 days ago. My parents whisked me away for some TLC at home this weekend, and it helped a lot, I am starting to feel better. I appreciate you dropping by and leaving such nice comments, thank you
