thank you!!! i train abs every other or every two days normally. the way to get your abs to show is through diet also. keep eating clean and you will see them! :)

Hi sorry it took so long for me to get back to u, but I'm usually on my space..My advice to you would be remember to watch what u eat..As long as you watch what you eat and workout u will get that belly into shape..You can do a million sit ups, but really it's about what your eating..Have agreat weekend!!!

My advice - don't sweat the ABS. They are "under there". The leaner, more conditioned you are, the MORE u'll SEE them. Really, you 'work' abs each time you Properly execute an exercise. U'll make great improvements.., *smile*
