How I Started: I got started a few weeks ago when I was at work and this guest called me fat in so many words. I know I am a big girl, I go to karate 3-5 times a week, and I guess it was not showing. I was hurt, and very bothered by it, I wanted to curl up and die. 2 weeks later I went to the YMCA and have been going ever since.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated: People motivate me, I get my insperation from others who have lost large amounts of weight. I try to look at there pictures and that keeps me motivated.

Yea you read that right, he is 11.  And happens to be my son, he wanted to compete when he turns 13, and right now he is ripped!  I pulled him out of school early do to issues with his classroom.  I told him he is on my workout schedule instead of his dad and we do things differently. ...

oh ok. Still I wish I had one at home. They have TV's at my gym. But they set the channels. Now at my old gym in Ga, there was a small tv on each cardio machine.
