How I Started:
I got started a few weeks ago when I was at work and this guest called me fat in so many words. I know I am a big girl, I go to karate 3-5 times a week, and I guess it was not showing. I was hurt, and very bothered by it, I wanted to curl up and die. 2 weeks later I went to the YMCA and have been going ever since.

How I Stay Motivated:
People motivate me, I get my insperation from others who have lost large amounts of weight. I try to look at there pictures and that keeps me motivated.
