lol..well, I've had babies..so I'm sure I could do this. I would check with Mark first, and get his opinion. Tatoos are definitely out of the question. Piercings are a little different though I would never get them on the face.

Your sleep pattern fits mine to a T. SIGH.....I call it "old man syndrome". But I didn't think it hit until the late 50's, 60's or beyond. Have a great "wake-filled" day. :)
Thanks for the encouragement! I just added some more weight sessions to my routine...so I know I'll be building muscle...hopefully a few lbs will come off along with building...but as long as I keep seeing changes...that'll keep me happy. :)
Hi tannie. Thx for the comment. Yeah, I need to find some me time. Right now I'm working 2 jobs. One is my fulltime IT job. And the other is something I do on the side because I love it and enjoy it. But because my fulltime job has been kicking my you know what lately, it's also killing me trying to keep up with my side business and workouts. Trying to balance everything along with a high stress dayjob is exhausting. :(
