The best so far has been calf raises on the the smith machine. It helps to put a block of wood under your feet so that half of your foot is on it....I also leant a 45 plate on top of it so it does not try and flip on me....good burn though...The best so far has been calf raises on the the smith machine. What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I'd say Hero curls and concentration curls have worked pretty well for me....reverse grip pull up also give you a great pump
