I started in high school because the sports programs required it....joined the marines and continued working out but stopped when i got married...i got divorced 2 years ago and really started getting serious again.
Why I Love It:
The rush that you get from working out just can't be beat....making lift gains always boosts your confidence....the results you get are good too!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just got in a routine and can't stop

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
reverse cable curls seem to work the best ...

What calf workout has worked best for you?
The best so far has been calf raises on the the smith machine. It helps to put a block of wood under your feet so that half of your foot is on it....I also leant a 45 plate on top of it so it does not...more

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I'd say Hero curls and concentration curls have worked pretty well for me....reverse grip pull up also give you a great pump
