i work my chest 2 x a week with biceps also 2x a week. i also work abs 3 x a week legs twice a week back once a week tri's 1 a week

daily i get 50g of protien on a work out day 80-100g
as of today im gunna do shock sets so isntead of my bench which is
40kg @ 12 reps x 2
then 35kg times x 2
im gunna do
35kg times 12
45 kg times from 12
then my max which is 50kg times 8
i told by doing this i will shock the muscles and force them to grow. im working out now having 3 minutes break
