dont think the liquid gels would help ya much to be honest id take creatine and ur basics..when u feel older and more educated PH's or DS's would be better then that liquid gel crap

if you are lifting 245 kg in squat then you are doing the training Very good then you dont need tips. Or are you lying with that.

About my pics my posture is way off because my legs are still weak in rehab that will come in time. feel free let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc This is 1 month in with getting most of my lifts and diet in hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier

You basically need to get fatter to get more muscular. Use whey powder, or, if you don't wanna go that way, eat food with a lot of protein in it. Tuna, chicken, brown rice, etc...
