How I Started:
I grew up a fat boy (200 at 12 years old) i knew i was not happy with it and never wanted to live my life like that. So i took myself through a change. ounce i dropped all my fat it was then i figured that i wanted to muscle up and compete one day.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is AWESOME! I mean it takes you through the steps of setting goals , being consistant, self control, confidence, more attractive to the eye, desire!
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that if i do not stay in shape i will be another fat satistic in this world!
My goal for the next 11 weeks is to keep dropping bodyfat and keep as much muscle as possible! i have to drop to 3% for the Mr. Oklahoma june 9th, 2007.
Looks like you'll be more than ready for the comp. Thick traps, powerful chest/pecs, big arms and certainly great calves. Continued success with your goals. Andre
