I survived Leg day!! We did your basic leg press, quad, hamstring and calf machines. Added the one legged TRX lunge with and without hands. Yeah that's going to hurt tomorrow. I still feel awkward doing this move. My trainer says it is because I am tight... well it is getting better. We added a new move today. Not sure what it is called. We could call it the BUTT BLASTER. You place a bench underneath a smith machine, kneel on the bench with one leg while the other is trying to find the bar... Go to BodyBlog

Today's thoughts: Change is a process, a journey and it took me two years to be okay with re-lapse part of the journey. I had that all or nothing mentality. In the past I gave up. Now I embrace the process and I really feel like I am moving forward. Well, at least in my brain I am. I am not as hard on myself when I do get tempted and blow it, I just ENJOY the journey and know that I am back on as soon as I can.. tanjashine It was a rainy day so I slept in and skipped body pump but I did get my boxing class today and some weights. Food was at 90% clean
