Overall Goal: My biggist goal at present is to get my shoulder back at 100%. Until I can do that I'll be concentrating on rehabbing the shoulder, legs and cardio. Maybe at least I'll lose bodyfat and make some gains in my legs.(goodbye bird legs)

We started back to the gym this week. Two weeks off, one for vacation and another to rest from vacation. I had two great workouts this week, chest one day and back and arms another. I was amazed how much I needed a couple of weeks off tho recover.
