yeah ive always been told too many carbs was fat. only recently did i find out carbs means nothing it calories you want to watch. since lately ive been feeling tired and un motivated. but thanks for the advice.

ok ill do that. but i like to do other workouts also. i think what i need to do is eat more protein though. do you know a good workout for your obliques? all i have on how to work them is side planks.

so can you give me any tips on nutrition? i weigh 150 so how much protein should i take in? and what other foods should i eat also?
