Long term goal is to loose 30-35 lbs by the end of the year. I have been trying to lose this weight for a while now. I have made progress but I am determined to lose this belly fat. I USE THE ONE THAT GOES ON YOUR WRIST CALLED MioZONE. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
179/180. I LIKE TO GET MY HEART RATE IN THE FAT BURNING ZONE. GOING BETWEEN 150 TO 179/180 PUTS ME AT 50% TO 70-80% INTENSITY LEVEL WHICH MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I AM BURNING UP SOME FAT!

I think I over did it in the gym yesterday! My hamstrings, glutes and quadraceps are so sore. I feel like someone punched me in the legs over and over a million times! Why do lunges and squats hurt so badly? It's crazy!  I think what I did wrong was not stretching before I started and after...

Hey!! Sooo, i havnt been on this site in FOREVER. How are you? I havnt even lurked in the sisterhood for months. 24 is good. I joke around that I live there, but I love it. I wish I had the space to do a X workout every once in a while. I'm actually about to be out of commission for a few weeks because I'm getting breast implants this week! Lol...don't tell Dr. Geddie!!!!

Hey! (I'm so bad at checking this site) My workouts are good, it's safe to say that workout 7days/week. I did the Full marathon in Nov, a half in Feb & a triathalon next week! Are you still P90X'ing? I;ve met several peole at my gym doing it.

Hello there!! Cool..I'm back in the gym tomorrow too working on the lower half as well. My workouts are going great...definitely seeing a change in the uppper part and the bottom is following suite so that's cool. I actually love it..on a regime of healthy eating so even when I come off of Hydroxycut I will have a much better diet and exercise plan. Whoa..Jetfuel..happy it's working out for you! Have fun in the gym tomorrow..go hard!!
