Long term goal is to loose 30-35 lbs by the end of the year. I have been trying to lose this weight for a while now. I have made progress but I am determined to lose this belly fat. And drop my body fat percentage. I would like to accomplish my fitness goals and one day compete in a figure competition, short class division.

179/180. I LIKE TO GET MY HEART RATE IN THE FAT BURNING ZONE. GOING BETWEEN 150 TO 179/180 PUTS ME AT 50% TO 70-80% INTENSITY LEVEL WHICH MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I AM BURNING UP SOME FAT!

Sooo, i havnt been on this site in FOREVER. How are you? I havnt even lurked in the sisterhood for months. I did get em done!! :) Lol...but I've moved back to AK because Steven and I arent together anymore. (LONG STORY) But I'm doing much better without him. Still doing the X? I got an emai about RevAbs which looks fun but I just dont workout at home anymore.
24 is good. I joke around that I live there, but I love it. I wish I had the space to do a X workout every once in a while. I'm actually about to be out of commission for a few weeks because I'm getting breast implants this week! Lol...don't tell Dr. Geddie!!!!

My workouts are good, it's safe to say that workout 7days/week.
I did the Full marathon in Nov, a half in Feb & a triathalon next week!
Are you still P90X'ing? I;ve met several peole at my gym doing it.

Cool..I'm back in the gym tomorrow too working on the lower half as well. My workouts are going great...definitely seeing a change in the uppper part and the bottom is following suite so that's cool. I actually love it..on a regime of healthy eating so even when I come off of Hydroxycut I will have a much better diet and exercise plan.
