How I Started:
It started by me hearing my husband always calling me lazy that I do not work out everyday like i should. I saw that I am skinny and I thought being skinny equals healthy. Which was completely wrong. I took a nutrition class over the summer and it open my eyes! I started by walking my dog around the block then around a few more blocks and now 2 miles a day minimum.
Why I Love It:
I feel healthier. Like my heart doesnt feel funny no more when i work out no more. My jeans dont fit me tight no more and some are actually falling off. lol
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is my husband. I want to be able to change my clothes infront of him and not worry about my back rolls sticking out or my LOVE HANDLES. I want to feel like I can still visually stimulate him. Plus, I want to be able to put on a bikini with out being scared that people are looking at my fat rolls.
BB Accomplishments:
Although I havent been able to see much muscle on my abs i have lost inches off my waist and my legs are more shaply.

Goal (Long):
My main concern is my abs. I am paranoid right now about fat rolls sticking out of my jeans! Cant be having that. My husband looking like Mr. Olympia and me Jell-O lol.

Hey I have been trying to get rid of my love handles. I am running everyday 2 miles. When i get home i do 3 reps of 50 crunches then I do that standing up and moving side to side. I do that about 20 minutes. What else can i do?
