I started training up in Jan 07 for the Marines.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I look better, and feel better every day I work out.

I would like some input on my training program. I feel stuck as far as gaining mass or strength, and could use some solid advice.

sword121 Oh hey, bro. I hear ya. I have the ectomorph curse too. LOL We are the guys that fat people hate. We eat everything in sight and don't seem to gain any weight. Being a former Army infantryman myself, we trained nearly every day. As a Marine, you bunch of over-achievers prolly do twice as much. LOL Try cutting back the extra cardio and do protein shakes for about 2 weeks and see if you notice a difference. Ectomorphs tend to have a faster catabolic rate. Feb 28, 2009 1:27pm

bb24 Welcome to bodyspace! Don't fret about not being able to gain a bunch of mass. You look great, and some guys just have a harder time with it. Focus on strength and overall fitness. Weighing a certain amount means nothing. Squatting a certain amount might. Feb 19, 2009 4:17am
